Mike Lawson - General Manager

Born and raised in Southeastern Idaho, Mike and his wife, Sheralee, started Henry’s Fork Anglers in 1976. They sold the business in 1999 to Mark Rockefeller. Mike continued to manage Henry’s Fork Anglers for the next three years. Since then Mark has asked him to stay on as General Manager where he oversees both Henry’s Fork Anglers and our sister business, South Fork Outfitters where Todd Lanning manages the operation. In addition to his duties with the fly shops, Mike also conducts fly fishing seminars at sports shows and fly fishing groups. He also writes articles for fly fishing publications. He is currently a contributing editor for Fly Fisherman Magazine and his latest book, Spring Creeks, is hot off the press. Mike also works as a consultant for several fly fishing companies including Sage, Scientific Anglers, and Action Optics.

Sheralee Lawson - Merchandising Manager

Sheraleee has been with Henry's Fork Anglers from the beginning. She has traveled with Mike all around the world to the various fly fishing destinations. Her favorite place is right here in Idaho. Sheralee tied flies commercially for the first 10 years after Henry's fork Anglers opened in 1977. Sheralee and Mike raised all of their children,(Shaun, Jeanette, and Chris), while running Henry's Fork Anglers. If it wasn't for her hard work, Henry's Fork Anlgers would probably have crashed long ago. She is the merchandising master. Sheralee has a eye for the fly shop and gets our products into the customers hands. When she comes into the shop our shop staff stands alert. She makes sure everyone is working hard. She knows where the business needs to go, and we enjoy having her as part of our Management Team. She lives in St.Anthony with her husband Mike and dogs Pepper and Calli. She now has two grandsons(Beau and Tanner), and one grandaughter(Ruby).
